    • All braking components were inspected and found to have sufficient life remaining. We can address the squeaking by removing the brake pads and sanding the top layer of the braking material, which should help reduce the noise.
    • Both batteries have been tested and found to be faulty. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the batteries were not registered during their last replacement. When batteries are not registered, the vehicle's alternator and charging system do not receive updated parameters, leading to overcharging and premature failure. This overcharging is likely the cause of the batteries failing after just two years. We recommend replacing the batteries and ensuring they are properly registered with the vehicle’s system to prevent this issue in the future.
    • All diagnostic codes are related to the vehicle experiencing under voltage. Upon further inspection, the issue appears to be with the batteries, as noted in the battery line. We recommend addressing the battery issue to resolve the under voltage problem and prevent any related electrical concerns.
    • Remove and replace brake pads, sand glaze off braking material.

    • This dealer is required by law to charge a nonrefundable $2.00 California battery fee and a refundable deposit for each lead-acid battery purchased. A credit of the same amount as the refundable deposit will be issued if a used lead-acid battery is return

    • After scanning the vehicle, no fault codes were found. Upon examining live data from the oxygen sensors, it was observed that their response was slow. It is advised to start by replacing the front two oxygen sensors. Following their replacement, the vehicle's monitors still failed to set. Next, the back two oxygen sensors were replaced. During a road test, the vehicle began to misfire and lost power. This indicated that with accurate air-fuel ratio data, a misfire was now being detected. All six spark plugs were then removed and replaced with new ones, and two used ignition coils were installed. The oxygen sensor adaptation was cleared, and the vehicle underwent another road test. All smog monitors are currently set.
